Payment and Shipping Terms

Payment

We accept cash, bank deposit, money order, cheque and email money transfer. Any personal cheques must clear before animals can be picked up or shipped. Any payments made are transferrable to other animals we have in stock at the time but non refundable. Our policy on payment plans is a minimum of 25% of the animal cost down, with the balance to be paid (including shipping costs) within 15 days.

Shipping

We ship worldwide on orders over $1000 (when available). For orders under $1000, please call to arrange for pickup. Animals are shipped within 7 business days of the full balance being paid (as long as live animal shipping is available and paperwork is in order).
